Reception
The reception will be held in Yoshida Cafeteria, located about 3 min. walk from the main conference venue, the clock tower.
Please check the map at the end of the conference proceeding.
The official reception starts from the 7:00 PM on June 4, but by the courtesy
of the people in Kyoto University, you can come around there from about
5:00 PM and have some drinks.
Banquet
The banquet will be held at Tokasaikan (Chinese Restaurant). The Spanish Baroque style building designed by William M.Vories was
completed in 1926, and came to be the landmark of Shijo-ohashi. The restaurant
serves good authentic Beijing dishes. We charter buses to transfer the
participants from the conference venue (Kyoto Univ. Main Campus) to the
banquet venue. Tokasaikan is near from our official accommodation, CO-OP In Kyoto and Kyoto Royal Hotel & Spa.
The participation fee is 4,000 Yen. The banquet is not in a buffet style, thus we need to figure out the number
of the attendees as accurately as possible. If you are planning to join
the banquet, please make your registration now!!
