Schedule
Conference events other than the reception and the banquet take place in
the Kyoto University Clock Tower Centennial Hall. You can locate where the reception will be held in the conference proceeding. We charter buses to move from the conference venue to the banquet venue
after the keynote.
New
In lunch time, we may not have enough seats for the participants in cafeterias
in or around the campus. Therefore, we are going to sell some lunches (Japanese bento lunch boxes
and some sandwiches) at the conference venue. Please make your coins get ready.
Modification:
This year, we set new sessions on Saturday afternoon: presentation by the
New Investigator competition and Postdoctoral competition finalists. The
Competition Committee members will choose three finalists for each competition,
and there finalists get the opportunity to give talks in these sessions.
The Competition Committee members will choose winners based on their presentation.
Names of the competition winners will be announced at Banquet on that evening.
Be aware that we will have only one plenary address on Saturday, and another
one on Sunday morning.
